How to Claim?

Discord Roles

Before purchasing any badges with your loyalty points, you must have a Discord account. You can only claim and and mint your badges on Galxe by using roles assigned to your Discord Account on our DC Server.

When you join our Discord community, you might notice that members have different roles, some representing the credential. The roles representing the credential types follow this format: <Badge> <No>. For example, if you purchased a Legendary Badge for the first time, your will get a role displayed as 🟠 Legendary 1. Submit a Form

If you fulfilled the requirements to earn badges, you don't need to fill any forms. The points for these actions will be assigned to you automatically:

Share your royalties on our DC Server (added by our DC bot instantly)
Share your Reality NFT or Loot Box purchase on our DC Server (added by our DC bot instantly)
Participate in an AMA (added by the RM Team manually within 2 weeks)
Get your question picked during a live AMA (added by the RM Team manually within 2 weeks)

You need to fill out the following Google Forms if you want to get a badge for Burning (to upgrade):

If you believe you have fulfilled the requirements to earn points besides the ones stated above, you need to let us know by filling out the following Google Form:

Select the points you believe that you are eligible to claim.
Indicate which role you are seeking to be assigned for credential verification.
Within the form, it’s crucial to provide evidence that supports your claim. Upload any relevant material, such as images and/or links. The more clear and direct the proof, the easier it will be to verify your claim.
Submit the form and wait your points to be added.

After you have submitted a form, be patient. The RM team will review the requests, and it may take up to one week for your role to be assigned to your Discord profile. Keep an eye on your Discord account for updates regarding your role assignment.

You can monitor the 📋role-assignment channel on our DC server for updates regarding the role assignment. This is where you will be notified when your roles are assigned, and you are ready to mint the new badges.

After the role is assigned:

Head over to the Galxe badge page.
Login and link your Discord account to the platform if not already done.
Find the credential that matches your new Discord role.
Click on the button for verification, represented by a rotating arrow icon. The platform will verify your role and allow you to mint your badge.
After the verification, you should be able to mint your badge. Click on the “Claim” button to finalize the process.
